This page is maintained by Mutual Clarity to answer common security and privacy questions about the application. It describes controls currently enabled — not a certification.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on encrypted managed infrastructure.
Per-officer data isolation
Row-level security ensures each loan officer only reads or writes their own presentations and client data.
Passcode-protected share links
Every share link is non-guessable. Officers can add an optional passcode and expiration date per presentation.
No third-party ad trackers
We do not embed advertising SDKs or sell data. Analytics are first-party and used to inform the owning officer.
Managed platform
The application runs on managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups and monitored uptime.

Shared responsibility
Mutual Clarity provides the platform controls above. Loan officers are responsible for keeping their credentials safe, using strong passwords, verifying homeowner contact details before sharing links, and complying with applicable regulations for their jurisdiction.
